What we do

We provide exceptional support for adults with learning disabilities.

Everyone at Clubhouse enjoys busy, social and fulfilling days, doing things they enjoy with friends they love – and learning everyday living skills along the way.

Our focus is on co-production so all the people we support help to shape what they do.

Life skills

From doing the car wash to managing your own money at the shops, we ensure each day is filled with real life learning opportunities.

Friendships

Having good buddies you can hang out with on a daily basis is one of the key ways to make the most of life. We provide plenty of opportunities for people to interact, work and socialise together. It’s one of the biggest benefits at Clubhouse.

Opportunity and challenge

It’s not enough to coast through life and we all like challenges and trying out new things. We support people to get involved in work experience and develop new skills, building an element of challenge into each person’s support plan.

The Clubhouse support offer

  • Our group activities and day opportunities are second to none, we provide a structured timetable that is focused on the person. Our aim is community involvement, being active, developing a wide range of skills, and making the most out of life!

  • We provide a range of options to support with community life skills, whether that be one to one support in the community to enable people to carry out their day to day tasks, or more focused support to help the person achieve their outcomes.

  • We can offer support with volunteering and work experience, if you are already volunteering and require support we can help. If you are looking for particular volunteering options we can help you find what you are looking for, we have close links with St Georges College and Junior school who can often offer volunteering opportunities.

Activities

All activities are co-produced with the people we support and carefully designed to offer variety, stimulation, and health and wellbeing, – with just the right level of challenge so people can flourish and grow.

Each person has hands-on involvement in shaping their support plan, which the skilled Clubhouse support team develops in consultation with family members and the relevant professionals.

The goal is for each person to have ownership and control, shaping their own lives with just the right level of support.

Clubhouse Hub

Set in the stunning grounds of St George’s College, Weybridge, the Old Georgian Clubhouse is the ideal hub – with two activities areas, a fully equipped kitchen and ample outdoor space.

Clubhouse allotment

We’re so proud of our allotment, a space where individuals can spend time outdoors, learning more about healthy living, nature and growing our own food. Plus being outdoors helps to boost to physical and emotional wellbeing.

Weybridge and beyond

We have a small fleet of vehicles, opening up a whole world of activities, including swimming, bowling and visiting the local library and coffee shops. This ensures that everyone we support is an active member of their local community.
